Dunblane
An Inverness to Glasgow HST has cleared Dunblane station so the next returning Edinburgh service has entered Platform 1 from the reversing stub. It will wait a few minutes before departing. In the 1980s I once got on a clapped out DMU here which seemed ancient even then. A German tourist said 'In Chermany such a train would be in a museum, I sink'. Perhaps someone might say that about this 385 one day too.
