Halfway
Halfway to Halfway. Trams 4 & 5 pass at the lower section loop of the Great Orme Tramway on 26th July 2017. Above this point the tracks are interlaced but below here there is just a single track dropping down a 1:4 gradient to Victoria station. Cars on the lower (street running) section have protective valances rather than an open chassis. The descending car moves the trailing point blade so that it takes the correct line coming back up again and wires don't get crossed!
