Oubeck Loops
Grab shot (from the top deck of a Stagecoach bus) of 45690 Leander waiting in the Up Loop at Oubeck on 11th March 2017. The Jubilee was working tender first to Preston with its support coach to pick up a train to Carlisle. It should have been in Preston at this time so a very fortunate encounter.
