Chorley
Weekend engineering possession at Chorley on 30 July 2016. In this view north from Lyons Lane bridge towards the station, the down line is being lowered and the temporary platform on the left has been adjusted so that it is clear of the diggers which are loading the train of JNA wagons on the right. The work is in connection with the electrification of the line from Manchester.
