The north end of a cold and wet Carlisle platform 4 on 23 January 1965 sees Crewe North's Britannia Pacific no 70051 Firth of Forth waiting patiently for the road to Upperby shed, having recently arrived on the other side of the station with a terminating parcels train from the south.
