Stalbridge
A single track still remains in situ across the road at a former level crossing on Station Road in Stalbridge, Dorset. Old maps show the route of the Somerset & Dorset main line to have crossed the road close to where the two joggers are, with this line being a post 1938 extension from the sidings to the rear of the station, sited to left of the crossing, to serve a later build stand alone building in what is now a building supplies premises. The track can also be seen continuing under the tarmac surface to their yard to the right.
