Cambus o' May
The Deeside Line immediately west of Cambus o' May, delineated by the retaining wall and fence on the right. Looking west to Ballater, the trackbed no more than 5m from the river. The house at mid-distance is called Cutaway Cottage, a diagonal slice having been taken from its gable end to give clearance to passing trains.
