Leipzig

The preserved 2-car Fliegenden Zuege - sister to the Fliegenden Hamburger - rests below Leipzig Hauptbahnhof's magnificent trainshed on 6th July 2013. Built in 1935 at the famous Goerlitz railway works (still operating under Bombardier ownership), these were the fastest trains in the world at the time.
