Contrast in front ends at Newcastle. Although both trains are heading south on the East Coast Main Line they will depart in opposite directions. TPE 18548 took the High Level Bridge route before turning right past the site of Gateshead Depot whereas 91112 crossed the Tyne on the King Edward VII bridge.
