Clare
The last train ran through Clare station, Suffolk, in March 1967. Nine years later, on 6th June 1976, the premises were being well cared for as part of Clare Castle country park. This view is east towards Cavendish. It is still available to visit today, with a small museum housed in the former goods shed.
