An undated photograph showing A1 Pacific no 60115 Meg Merrilies with a train at Newcastle Central. The locomotive spent the first 12 of its 14 operational years at Gateshead, with the last two at Leeds, Copley Hill, from where it was finally withdrawn in November 1962.
