Zwettl

One of the last steam strongholds in Austria was Schwarzenau, a sub-shed of Gmünd in the north east of the country, which employed lightweight 2-8-2Ts of class 93.13 on branches off the Vienna to Prague main line. Here No. 93.1414 is seen soon after departing from Zwettl, some 22km south of Schwarzenau, on 9 September 1975 with the early afternoon train to Martinsberg-Gutenbrunn.
