Carlisle Upperby Shed
Stanier Coronation Pacific no 46225 Duchess of Gloucester stands alongside Carlisle no 12 signal box on 7 March 1964, shortly after moving off Upperby shed. The locomotive will travel tender first to Carlisle station where it will eventually take over a southbound WCML express.
