Kirkham and Wesham
Although their stay with 'Northern' was extended until May 2011 the three Adelante units are due to go to 'East Coast' with the summer timetable change. Manchester - Blackpool passengers will miss these 5-car express units and are unlikely to view cascaded London Midland 150 sets as an improvement. Roll on electrification. 180106 pulls away from a stop at Kirkham on 13 May heading for Blackpool.
