Inverurie

The north end of Inverurie station on 26 March 1959 sees J36 0-6-0 no 65303 engaged in shunting operations in conjunction with D2414 prior to taking out a freight. The 0-4-0 diesel mechanical shunter, built by Andrew Barclay & Sons, Kilmarnock, has no coupling rods and looks to be in course of delivery. D2414 was originally allocated to 61C, Keith and ended its days at 62C Dunfermline in September 1981 as 06002. See image 27175
