Perth South Shed
A4 no 60004 William Whitelaw stands alongside Perth shed in November 1963 awaiting the return of several important mechanical components. The Pacific had almost 3 years operational life remaining at this stage, being eventually withdrawn from Ferryhill shed in July of 1966. Final farewell was in the yard of Motherwell Machinery & Scrap, Wishaw, in October that year.
