Trinity Junction

A pair of Claytons with D8610 leading D8616, which had earlier worked down to Granton, seen here returning past Trinity Junction complete with brakevan on the way back to Millerhill in March 1970. Granton had been operated as a single line since the start of 1970, when all signalboxes beyond Easter Road Junction were abolished, hence the locomotives apparently running 'wrong line'.
