Darlington Locomotive Works
Gleaming Gresley V2 2-6-2 no 60974 stands in the yard outside Darlington works, thought to be in June 1961. The locomotive was eventually withdrawn from York shed at the end of 1963 and brought back here for cutting up in the works scrapyard.
