Heysham Port

Having met the incoming Isle of Man ferry the boat train, formed by 156452, heads back to Morecambe and Lancaster. It would return to connect with the outgoing 1415 sailing although from the December 2008 timetable only one train a day would meet the ship. The nuclear power station line goes off to the left under the bridge that carries the access road to that site and to the ferry terminal.
