Cumberland Street

After crossing north-south over the Clyde the CGU line turned west at Gorbals Junction and shortly afterwards passed through Cumberland Street station. Originally opened as Eglinton Street by the GSW in 1900 the station was renamed in 1924. View south east across Cumberland Street towards the old station in March 2007 with the CGU line from Gorbals Junction and the viaduct over the Clyde coming in from the left.
