0400 on a midsummer morning at Eastfield in 1986. Loco 37018 (ML) sits in front of the Eastfield tool van, awaiting the arrival of the Fort William sleeper in the loop. The train will arrive via Springburn thus will have to be pulled down the hill to Queen Street from the rear as propelling passenger trains is frowned upon!
