Eastfield MPD

The main reason for the EURS visit to Eastfield on 17 November 1971 was to see the last surviving North British built Type 2s of class 29, which were in the process of being seen off by an influx of class 24s from south of the Border. No 6103 was photographed on that dull and overcast day standing alongside the Caledonian viaduct spanning the north end of the shed yard.
