New platforms are appearing all along the Blackpool and Fleetwood Tramway, including these at Lowther Avenue on the Bispham cliffs. They are part of the wholesale system refurbishment and will provide level access into the trams. Tramcar 711 heads south past the illumination displays as it leaves the original tramstop and runs through the as yet unopened platforms.
