James Watt Dock Rail Link Removed

Date: 27/09/2010

The railway bridge crossing the A8 in Greenock from Ladyburn to James Watt Dock was removed on Saturday 25th September 2010 to make way for redevelopment of the area including new housing and office units. This brought an end to the rail link into the dock, although it has not been used for many years. [From Graham Morgan]
