The afternoon Aberdeen to Kings Cross service accelerates through Cupar on a hot 23 July 2019. I^d forgotten how hot it was until I stepped off a well air-conditioned train. Not often we get a chance to experience this.

The ScotRail brand was created in 1983 and its image has changed many times since. As far as the exterior of Cupar station is concerned though nothing has changed in 36 years and we are still in BR corporate era. This has so long been the only one (I^m pretty sure) that one wonders if this is an homage. Pictured on 23 July 2019.
