The south west face of what remains of Edinburgh Corporation's tram depot and works in May 2015. I'm not sure what an engine yard is but I'm guessing whoever named this development on the depot site thought it had something to do with trams. The third 'rail 'in the middle suggests cable tram track; I wonder if this was deliberate?
