Date: 14/01/2015

THE first direct rail service linking Beverley to London is set to be launched later this year. At present, passengers heading to the town have to change at Hull. But after a successful trial run yesterday, operator First Hull Trains has decided to offer a direct route. The aim is to speed up travel times for commuters and weekend visitors alike.
