Preferred routes for Glasgow and Edinburgh Airport links

The Scottish Executive announced its preferred routes for the Edinburgh and Glasgow Airport links.
Edinburgh Airport: Edinburgh Park to Airport, tunnel under Airport, to Winchburgh with a triangular junction.
Glasgow Airport: Paisley St James to Airport.
