The Stanton works was owned by Saint - Gobian Pipelines PLC.
The site of the former iron works is being cleared by Verdant Regeneration, jointly owned by Ward and Trust Utility Management. It is planned for conversion into a national distribution, logistics and rail freight hub for the Midlands, to be called New Stanton Park. The site is still rail connected from Stanton Gate.
