Ardoch Quarry Siding

Opened on the Glasgow, Dumbarton and Helensburgh Railway.

Description

This quarry is shown on the Railway Clearing House maps 66 chains west of the Dalreoch Tunnels.

The siding was on the north side of the line and approached from the east. The quarry, sandstone, was to the north of the siding.

The location is difficult to discern today as it is overgrown. It lies below Westcliffe.
