Cambridge: Brand new Greater Anglia unit 755406 stabled outside the Traincare Depot in Cambridge on 8th June 2019.
Arisaig: Class K1 62011 at Arisaig on 1024 Fort William-Mallaig in 1960.
Shipley: UK Railtours excursion to Carlisle passing Shipley station, now behind D9009 having taken over from 90037 at Doncaster, on 3rd October 2015.
Edinburgh Waverley: North British Railway window at Waverley, one of a pair in the station's conference room.
Thornton Junction TMD: Thornton no more. Newly completed Thornton Junction TMD in 1984. Latterly, this was the home of 60009 'Union of South Africa' and 61994 'The Great Marquess'. The shed was demolished, along with the nearby admin block, early in 2019. The Westfield branch is on the left.
Whifflet Upper: 320411 seen shortly after leaving Whifflet on a Cumbernauld service on 7th May 2019. The EMU is passing below what was the overbridge of the Airdrie branch. Whifflet Upper station was an island platform built on the bridge and the platform is still visible. Viewing opportunities here have been considerably improved by the activities of the tree gangs.
Bay Horse: The DRS electro-diesels handle the Tesco containers single handed and, despite appearances, that is the case here as 88009 'Diana' is Dead in Train behind 88002 'Prometheus' as they head north through Bay Horse on Saturday 18th May 2019.
Pickering: SR Schools 4-4-0 926 'Repton', complete with Golden Arrow headboard, draws forward to run round at Pickering Station on 1st June 2019.
Larbert Junction: An Edinburgh service (obviously) approaches the points at Larbert on 6 June after calling at the station. Simple geography would dictate that Larbert and Larbert North Junctions should be Larbert South and Larbert respectively, but the seemingly randon names of the various Cowlairs junctions demonstrate that common sense doesn't always apply to such names.
Holytown Junction: Virgin Trains 11-car Pendolino at Holytown Junction on 3rd May 2019 forming the 1S37 London Euston to Glasgow Central service.
