Coventry
The prototype Very Light Rail unit on demonstration on Greyfriars Street near Coventry station on 21st June 2025. The electric car charging plug is a convenient tool for giving demo rides, and is not the long term solution. The vehicle was light and airy inside; spacious, with a clear dashboard; but surprisingly noisy. Sound insulation is heavy.
