Newseat Halt
Opened as New Seat in 1863, this station became Newseat in 1884. In 1930 the LNER downgraded its status and it became Newseat Halt until closure in 1965. It is now a fine residential property with the Formartine and Buchan Way passing through. This view looks towards Inverugie and Peterhead from the overbridge. See image 60190 from 1977 when this house was in a sorry state, happily now rectified.
