Smethwick Galton Bridge opened in 1995 as part of the Jewellery Line, offering interchange with the Birmingham to Wolverhampton line; and replacing nearby Smethwick West. I once used this facility on a Saturday afternoon, breaking a journey home from work in Tyseley to Worcester to make a railway walk on the Silkin Way near Wellington. As it happens, the train shown is heading for Worcester Foregate Street, at 15.41.
Engineering note: sleepers on the viaduct through the station were specified to be timber, not concrete, to save deadweight on the structure. They are still timber, so I guess that worked.
