Knockshinnoch Washery
On a sunny September day in 2003, 66531 has arrived at the level crossing on the B741 New Cumnock - Dalmellington road and now awaits the arrival of the mobile shunter who will open the gates to allow the train of empties access to the loader at Knockshinnoch.
This location closed at some point in the second half of 2004 and for a shot taken from a similar position in 2012, but minus a train and the gate, see image 39680
