Irlam
A shot of a freight, possibly an 8F, taken in poor light with a basic camera in November 1967 near Irlam. The train is heading from Skelton Junction to join the CLC Manchester - Liverpool mainline at Irlam Easy Junction, destination not known.
Beyond the train can be seen the bridge which crossed the Manchester Ship Canal.
