Maynooth looking east. Unfortunately unable to get a seat on either of the Midlander excursions, we took the service train which preceded the morning excursion to Maynooth. I had just walked back the length of the train to the east end of the platform when GNR(I) 131 came into view heading downhill into the station. 24 March 2024
