Breich
Living up to its reputation, it was dull and wet at Levenseat, between Breich and Fauldhouse on 12/08/1979 as 55009 passed with the 12.10 Edinburgh - London Euston. This was one of the trains introduced following the collapse of Penmanshiel Tunnel in March of that year and on this particular Sunday it was diverted to run via the G&SW on the journey to Carlisle.
