Fauldhouse and Crofthead

At one time Fauldhouse boasted two passenger stations, although this came to an end on 1st May 1930 when services were withdrawn over the former NBR line between Bathgate and Morningside (Lanarkshire). Goods traffic continued from the Bathgate end to serve Levenseat Quarry with a reversal at Fauldhouse until May 1966 and this is what remained of the station in the early 1980s.
