Roslin

The EL&R station at Roslin lost its passenger service in 1933, although the line continued in use until the late 1960s latterly serving the local colliery and brickworks half a mile beyond. No trace remains of the former station, the site of which is now occupied by housing. At the west end of the station the line passed below this bridge carrying Main Street, seen here in its later 'reinforced' form looking north in April 2014, with the old station site to the right.
