Hawsker

The A171 used to cross the Scarborough to Whitby line on a bridge, which has been demolished. There are two road crossings - one for people, the other adjacent one for those on horseback. The buttons to stop road traffic are at the same height - suggesting that you should get off your horse and drink your milk. I suppose this is what you should expect in a village named HORSEker ...
