Twyford
Just on the London side of Twyford was the lovely photographic loaction of Ruscombe, now ruined by the electrification. Just before the wires went up we see 46233 running as 5Z46 0923 Southall to Bishops Lydeard with its support coach. The onward march of the electrification can be seen in the background. Many railway photographers spent time here. It was a very busy place to watch the trains go by an a quiet bridge with little road traffic.
