Ewood Bridge and Edenfield
The first train of the three day ELR Summer Diesel Gala was a parcels train hauled by newly repainted 37109. This left Bury at 0740 and ran non-stop to and from Rawtenstall. Holders of gala tickets could pay an extra sum to ride in one of the two brake vans on this train. The Type 3 is approaching Ewood Bridge on the outward run.
