Elderslie
The east end of Elderslie station is host to Rebuilt Royal Scot No 46166 'The Rifle Brigade', heading the regular postal vans and parcel train. The date is 10 August 1964, and the Scot is sporting a yellow stripe, which bars it from travelling south of Crewe, due to electrification.
