Minety and Ashton Keynes
A GWR 150 steam special in 1985. BR ran a series of these from Gloucester and Swindon. It was just a pity they chose to close Swindon Works at the same time but there is a nice shopping centre in its place. GWR Castle 4-6-0 7029 'Clun Castle' hauled one of the specials, seen here southbound for Swindon at Burry Hill Farm Bridge near Minety on 25 August 1985.
