Hatton Incline
A view up the Hatton Incline in 2023, 155 years after closure. The trackbed is in much better condition than many lines closed more recently. Walking up the incline it is notably relentlessly uphill, although it is only 1 in 13. The line levelled out at the engine up amongst the trees.
