Redbridge Viaduct

A couple conveying a child in a push-chair stroll south over the Red Bridge towards Tweedbank in early spring sunshine on a March afternoon in 2012. Constructed in 1849 as part of the Waverley Route, the 5-arch bridge over the River Tweed is now shared between pedestrians and trains on the Borders Railway. (See image 65717).
