Newhaven Town

Newhaven Town, platform for Lewes and Brighton trains, seen from a Brighton to Seaford service operated by 313 211 on 15th April 2023. This station was opened by the LBSCR with the line from Lewes to Newhaven Harbour on 8th December 1847 and is where passengers alight also for ferry sailings to Dieppe and not at Newhaven Harbour, which some might expect.
