Heysham Port

156485 pauses for the scheduled eight minutes at Heysham Port while passengers from the Isle of Man Steam Packet ferry join the train. The 'Ben-my-Chree' waits alongside for the 14.15 departure for Douglas. The former Heysham Harbour station was closed between 1975 and 1987. It reopened as Heysham Sea Terminal but has been known as Heysham Port since 1992. From 2008 just a single daily passenger train calls here before returning to Lancaster.
