Turkey Street

710121, London Overground from Liverpool Street to Cheshunt, departing from Turkey Street on a bright but bitterly cold 21st January 2023. This station was known as Forty Hill when it opened with the Churchbury Loop in 1891 and, like Southbury, closed in 1909, reopened briefly between 1915 and 1919 and then closed for 41 years until coming back to life in 1960 and its name changed to Turkey Street, the thoroughfare on which it stands in north-east Enfield. The line has been known as the Southbury Loop since its 1960 reopening and has been part of London Overground since 2015.
